Sex Crime Charges

As a prosecutor, I prosecuted allegations of sex crimes and I am familiar with the investigative techniques and the methods used by the prosecution when they pursue a case like that. If you’ve been charged with a sex crime, whether it’s child molestation, sexual assault or possession of child pornography, the stakes cannot be any higher in terms of what you might potentially be facing if you are convicted.  I understand that and I also understand that in order to properly defend somebody if they’re charged with these types of serious offenses that it requires a working knowledge of the types of techniques, interview techniques, investigative techniques used by the police in conducting a type of investigation.

As with every case I handle, I put my former experience as a prosecutor to work for the client when I am defending them and when a person is charged with a sex offense, because the stakes are so high, you need to make sure that you are doing and your attorney is doing everything possible to maximize your chances of a favorable outcome for your case.
