Drug Charges

Due to our geographic location there are a lot of drug crimes charged in Arizona. Those charges can range anywhere from possession of a small amount of marijuana or methamphetamine or cocaine for personal use all the way up to transportation of large quantities of marijuana, methamphetamine or cocaine and everything in between. I handle all of these cases.

Arizona drug law is subject to a number of different special provisions.  One of which is commonly referred to as proposition two hundred, which basically means that in most instances if a person doesn’t have a significant record and they are arrested for having a small quantity of drugs for personal use that they are guaranteed to get probation and that there is no risk that they are going to be incarcerated unless they reject drug treatment.
